Business Manager.

I joined the Academy Senior Leadership Team in March 2013, having extensive experience in both Business and HR Manager Roles in my previous employment. I am the lead at the Academy for all matters related to Human Resources including; recruitment, absence management, and payroll supported by Lisa Waterson and Victoria Moran, HR Assistants. I lead an excellent team: Adelle Rowley, Facilities Manager, who looks after the Academy site, security, maintenance and cleanliness and Moira Cranmer, Catering Manager, who along with her excellent team, ensure students and staff have a wide choice of healthy and tasty meals and snacks to suit all tastes and preferences. All food is prepared and cooked on site to ensure the high quality we have come to expect is maintained.
