Parent Letter: Parents Evening 30/09/2025

Dear Parent/Carer
Our Parents/Carers Evening will take place on Tuesday 30 September, from 4pm to 6.45pm, and will be held in your child's mentor group room. Appointments can be booked online in advance, and all meetings will take place in person on the school site. We encourage your child to attend with you, as the purpose of the meeting is to:
● Meet your child's tutor/ mentor
● Discuss their effort and attainment
● Provide an opportunity for you to raise any questions or concerns
Please note that limited parking is available, with all parents and carers invited, we kindly ask that you plan your travel accordingly. Upon arrival, please follow the signs and adhere to the
school's one-way system. Please review your son/daughter’s most recent Praising Stars report via our Parent Portal: https://parentportal.outwood.com
To make your appointments login at: https://parents-booking.co.uk/outwoodgrange and enter:
● Your first name and surname
● Your child’s first name, surname and date of birth.
These must match the details we have on file in the academy. The booking system will open on Tuesday 23rd September at 3pm and close at 9am on Tuesday 30th September to allow staff time to organise data and information for appointments.If you are unable to book please contact the school office for help by emailing: enquiries@grange.outwood.com or calling reception during office hours on 01924 204350.
